Using a three-step system of Evaluation, Education, and Implementation, OSE staff identifies practices at your facility that may interfere with productivity or cause injuries, trains both management and employees, and assists in implementing changes in the work place. This thorough process insures that your ergonomics program meets the goals your company sets.

EVALUATION

Observation, analyisis, and planning - Our staff observes the activities, tasks, and processes at your facility. Evaluations are made on the basis of interviews, photo and video analysis, and biomechanical and anthropometric evaluation. Any interaction that may pose risks to the employee or hinder productivity is taken into consideration. A summary of this analysis identifies risks or factors that may be constraining productivity and proposes corrective recommendations. Using this as a starting point, we work with you to tailor physical modifications of the work environments and custom fit the educational phase of your program to your company's needs.

EDUCATION

Training both managers and employees - The educational programs for managers and employees fit together to help solve the injury management and prevention puzzle. Education of both employees and management on how to create a physically and mentally healthy work environment is the key to improved productivity and reduced costs. OSE's trainers have proven themselves time and time again across a wide spectrum of industries, garnering a network of satisfied customers.

IMPLEMENTATION

Modifying the work place - Working with your personnel, OSE implements the recommendations outlined in the Evaluation phase. We help order and install equipment, design tools and machinery, streamline internal processes, and oversee the shake-down phase of your program. After we leave, OSE Ergonomics consultants remain on call for future questions or concerns. Your company will be left with a complete, OSHA compliant, documented, and self-sustaining ergonomics program.
