Shelby Spencer is the Director of the Information Technology Project Management Office at J.D. Power and Associates, a global marketing information provider. Her team is responsible for delivering high-quality technology implementations for projects that are of high-value, high-complexity, or strategic importance.

Prior to this role Ms. Spencer served as the Director of the Quality & Process Management Department at J.D. Power and Associates and was responsible for developing and embedding an integrated system of standardized processes & tools to monitor and manage the firm’s Quality Management System and optimize project execution processes.

Ms. Spencer has been with J.D. Power and Associates since 2004. Prior to joining the organization, Ms. Spencer was a member of the Business Transformation Group at Countrywide Financial Corporation.

With a diverse professional background in operations, management consulting and regulatory affairs, Ms. Spencer has led and participated in numerous corporate improvement and process reengineering efforts.
