| Ergo Warehouse™ - Omega will create a "brick and mortar" ergonomics warehouse onsite at your facility. The purpose of the Ergo Warehouse™ is to provide your employees with a place to sit down (or stand up) and actually try pre-approved ergonomic equipment. When used in conjunction with Omega's online risk assessment software and the online Ergo Warehouse™, this valuable product offering removes the burden of lugging equipment around your campus so employees can try it out. Examples of equipment include keyboards, mouses, chairs, keyboard arms, document holders, headsets, etc. You will always be in control of what equipment is made available at the Ergo Warehouse™. We will assist in developing that equipment list, training staff or providing manpower to staff the Ergo Warehouse™, referring individuals to the Ergo Warehouse™ when appropriate, and tracking usage of the library. All that is needed to start is assignment of space onsite. "1-800-ERGO" - Omega will be happy to set up an external "800" number or internal number to field calls from your facility's staff. The purpose of the telephone portal is to receive, track, and report all ergonomic requests as well as provide brief education to employees about your ergonomics program. Providing employees a single access point to the ergonomics program and its components besides the online portal is helpful in administering an ergonomics program. We are happy to remove this burden from you by manning the phone lines and providing this service. |
